Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity creates physicians of integrity with a life-long commitment to our guiding principles of philanthropy, deity, and education through fellowship, service, mentoring, and formal training in leadership, science, and ethics.
Our Motto: "Facta Non Verba ... Deeds Not Words".

UCLA's chapter was chartered in 2004.
We just welcomed our Omicron class last Spring.

We are the only pre-medical fraternity on campus.
Despite not having a specific GPA requirement, every PhiDE member is in good academic standing.

Acceptance for overall applicants to medical school: 43%
Acceptance for PhiDE members into medical school: 92%

Phi Delta Epsilon (PhiDE for short), California Gamma Chapter, has been a strong presence on the UCLA campus since our Charter class.
It's difficult to summarize all of our activities here - the best way to know what we're all about is to come out to our Fall and Spring rush events!
